China CNR Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred as "CNR") was reorganized from China Northern Locomotive and Rolling Stock Industry (Group) Corporation in June 2008, directed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council. The headquarters is in Beijing.

Changchun Railway Vehicles Facilities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter named "CCC") is affiliated to CNR. We were newly founded after reconstructing the asset of original CCC and Changchun Locomotives & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd, with the main business of overhauling railway vehicles.

The total asset of CCC is 1.48 billion Yuan. CCC is equipped with 1,000 sets of different facilities, covering a total area of 900 thousand square meters. According to the requirement of "Regionalization Specialized Large-Scale" of CNR, CCC reconstructs the assets and business of original CCC and Changchun Locomotives & Rolling stock Co., Ltd. In line with the reconstructing aim of "Three Steps" and new developing thoughts, our company has changed a lot. We strengthen market management and advance innovation, and we regulate product structure and technological layout.

The main business of CCC is overhauling railway vehicles, railway vehicles fittings and social work. Our company began to overhaul railway vehicles in 1961. After more than 40 years' development and leap-forward development for several times, CCC has greatly improved management level, overhauling capability, technical methods, and overhauling cycle and quality. CCC has the ability to overhaul general type cars, such as type 22, type 25K and type 25K, and has the ability to overhaul and refurbish top-grade cars, double-deck cars, and mass transit cars. We have formed many varieties and three series, which contain railway passenger cars, EMU and mass transit cars.

CCC is a leading company in the field of overhauling railway vehicles in China. For the international railway market, CCC has overhauled cars for different countries and regions, such as Korea, Germany and Iran. We have product development systems mainly using CAD, and have marketing and after-sales service network covering the whole nation. We have a good reputation for quality. We have overhauled 17,000 cars since 1954 and our annual output is 800 cars. We comprehensively improve production capability by integrating the resources. CCC is equipped with large-scale and high precision equipment, such as numerical controlled milling planers. We have the ability of processing axles, moulds, tools and other railway vehicles fittings, and can meet the demands of customers from at home and abroad. CCC has strong functions of social work and corresponding resources, such as our close relationships with Fuda Transportation Company and collective enterprise, which produce windows, berths and seats, electrical parts and GRP products for different cars.

CCC has obtained quality certification authorized by China, and has become grade-one enterprise of Jilin Province. Now, CCC is aiming at a new target of "constructing high-class basis of overhauling railway vehicles, EMU and mass transit cars; being a famous supplier for railway vehicle fittings".
